Founding Director of Compagnia de’ Colombari, KC is a theater maker whose work has been witnessed across the U.S. and around the world. She has developed a wide variety of pieces ranging from reinvented classical plays to new plays, opera, adaptations and new translations. Notable productions include Henry VI, Love's Labor's Lost (Public Theater, NYSF); King John, Julius Caesar (TFANA); Enrico IV (A.R.T); Everything That Rises Must Converge (NYTW); texts&beheadings/ElizabethR (Colombari at Folger Theatre in DC and BAM/Next Wave Festival); and The Merchant of Venice (Colombari with Ca' Foscari in Venice Ghetto, Italy and on tour in North America). KC and the company launched a new tradition of theater in Orvieto, Italy with the medieval mystery plays and many theatrical actions in prisons, jails, schools, pubs, libraries, parks, streets, museums, piers, churches as well as theaters. Presence and theatrical provocation have been of deepest importance in the ongoing work with all the artists of Colombari.

INJOY has a diverse and constantly growing roster of clients, companies and shows, including theatre, musicals, dance, cirque, plays, cabaret, drag, concerts, curated art shows, public art, and immersive performances.

Jennifer Newman is a New York based artistic director, producer, educator, choreographer, and performer with over twenty-five years in the visual and performing arts. She works extensively across disciplines with artists pushing the boundaries of dance, theater, and opera.

Sofia Crouch (she/her) is a development professional who has worked with organizations, including Freedom Reads, The Morgan Library and Museum, The Laundromat Project, and international non-profit organizations, to expand their development processes and increase funding for their missions. Sofia holds a Bachelor's degree from Barnard College of Columbia University and a Master's degree from LUISS School of Government in Rome. She is a member of the Association of Italian Fundraising Professionals (ASSIF).

Zach Stanik (they/them) is a recent graduate of Yale University, where they received a B.S. in computer science and focused on the graphic design curriculum at the Yale School of Art. They currently work as a freelance graphic designer based in Bushwick.
Jose Angel Perez
Correctional Facilities Coordinator
Jose Angel Perez, MPS (he/him) is a Child Advocate, Poet & Actor. Jose grew up in New York City in foster homes, group homes, juvenile institutions, and then adult prison as a teenager. He entered prison at 16 and returned to society at 35. While incarcerated, Jose became an actor, a poet, and earned an AA from Bard College, a BS from Nyack College through HudsonLink, and a Masters in Professional Studies (MPS) from the New York Theological Seminary. Jose facilitated theater workshops under the Art Tree theater group at Eastern Correctional Facility. He performed or stage managed over 15 productions within prison walls and has performed at prestigious spaces outside. He published his first book of poetry in 2024, entitled 'Til Ink Meets Paper: Poems for Gwendalina..My Mommy.
